How far in advance should I plan?
Ideally two to four weeks, but we have put together itineraries within 48 hours for last-minute travellers. Popular activities like hot-air balloon rides book out faster, so earlier is better.
Can you plan for large groups?
Absolutely. We regularly plan for families of 10+, wedding groups and corporate retreats. Larger groups often get better per-person rates.
What if I only have one free day?
We can still help. A well-planned single day — for example an Atlas day trip with a lunch stop and a sunset return — is one of the most popular things we arrange.
