How do I book a tour or day trip?
Send us a WhatsApp message, call, or email with your preferred date, group size and what you'd like to do. We reply within hours and confirm your booking within 24 hours with full details and a meeting point or pickup time.
Do I have to pay a deposit to book?
No. There's no upfront payment to reserve a date. You confirm your plan with us, and payment is arranged once everything is agreed — with free cancellation up to 48 hours before.
How far in advance should I book?
For popular experiences — the hot-air balloon, sunrise trips and multi-day desert tours — book a few days ahead, especially in spring and autumn. Many city tours and day trips can be arranged with 24 to 48 hours' notice.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience. After that window, we do our best to reschedule to another date during your stay.
Are the tours private or shared?
Most of our experiences are fully private — just you and your group with a licensed local guide and driver. Small-group options are available for some day trips and desert tours if you'd prefer a lower price.
What is included in the price?
It depends on the experience. Day trips and desert tours typically include a private air-conditioned vehicle, fuel, driver and, where relevant, a guide and camp stay. City tours include a licensed guide on foot. We list exactly what's included in your quote — hotel pickup in Marrakech is usually included.
